These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of Deal Sprout’s Software (“Software”) and service (both collectively referred to as the “Service”) on the Internet or in cellular media. These Terms constitute a fully binding agreement between Deal Sprout, LLC (including its affiliates and subsidiaries, “Deal Sprout” or “We”), the proprietor of all rights in and to the Service, and you. It is therefore recommended that you carefully read these Terms.

Experience effortless savings and connect with your favorite growers and markets with directions and shopping lists to find the healthiest food in your area all in one place.
By using the Deal Sprout Service, you signify your assent to these Terms.

THE LICENSE: Deal Sprout grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
USING THE SERVICE: You may use the Service solely for private and personal purposes. You may not use the Service commercially. You may not copy, print, save or otherwise use data from the Service’s database except as intended for private and personal use. You may not engage in scraping, data mining, harvesting, or use any automated means to access the Service’s database without prior written permission.
USE RESTRICTIONS: There are certain types of conduct that are strictly prohibited. You may not (among other things): copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer any portion of the Service; interfere with or violate rights of others; transmit viruses or harmful code; use the Service for illegal purposes; submit false reports; or infringe these Terms. Your failure to comply may result in termination of your access and potential liability.
TERMINATION: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. Deal Sprout retains the right to block your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
USER CONTENT: You assume sole responsibility for any Content you post (such as Humdinger Deals, pins, reviews, shopping lists). You grant Deal Sprout a broad, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your Content. It is forbidden to submit Content of a commercial nature unless it pertains to Deal Sprout. Content must be lawful and may not be defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise prohibited.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All rights in and to the Service, including the trademark brand phrase “A Humdinger of an App” and trade name Deal Sprout, belong exclusively to Deal Sprout, LLC. You may not use these without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Service is provided “AS IS”. Deal Sprout disclaims all warranties. You assume all risks. Deal Sprout shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
BREACH AND INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Deal Sprout harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Deal Sprout may update them from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
